These Terms govern your use of I'm Watching You Work (the "App"), a macOS menu bar timer app created by Will MacDonald. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the App.
License
The App is free. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on Macs you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the App except where the law allows.
Acceptable use
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. How you use your time remains your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
